Y1 Woodpeckers

Mrs Warner teaches Woodpeckers on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Mr Gosling teaches Woodpeckers on Thursdays and Fridays.

Mrs Vanderstappen (HLTA), Mrs Guild and Mrs Beesley are Woodpecker's Teaching Assistants.

On Friday afternoons, Mr Gosling is out of class for PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment). Mrs Vanderstappen will be teaching the class RE and PE.

Current Learning

This term our learning is 'Me and My World'. We will be looking at the world around us and out into space! What does climate mean? What weather usually happens in each season? Do you know any hot and cold places? What are the warm and cool colours? Do you know a British astronaut that's gone into space?
