School Improvement
Self Evaluation
We regularly evaluate our practice as a school, and produce a summary at the end of the year. This is called the Self Evaluation Form (SEF). Please see an overview below:
- Curriculum and wider curriculum
- Teaching and Learning
- Safeguarding
- Behaviour
- Leadership
- Inclusion
- EYFS
- Levels of progress across the school in all subjects
Our current improvement priorities are:
- Develop a shared vision, ethos and values to reflect our whole school community
- Maths progress to be more rapid and spelling outcomes to improve
- Embed our revised RE curriculum
- Refine the approach to learning and teaching in Y2
- Develop opportunities for oracy
- Build on our therapeutic and inclusive approach to behaviour so all children and families feel supported
- Ensure high quality enrichment and nurture opportunities, particularly for SEND and disadvantaged pupils
School Development Plan
Our self evaluation informs the areas we will work on to improve our school over the next academic year. Each identified area is outlined in the School Development Plan (SDP). Please see an overview below:
