Letters for School Trips and other activities can be downloaded from the Parent Letter page. Completed forms should be returned to the school office or your class teacher. 

Medicines in school

If you require the school to administer a prescribed medicine for your child you will need to complete a medical form. Please note we cannot administer any medicine that has not been prescribed by a doctor. Any medicine brought into school must be in its original container showing clear dosage instructions and the child’s name.

Withdrawal from Learning

The school does not routinely authorise any absences  during term time. However, if you feel that there are exceptional circumstances that may allow the headteacher to authorise an absence , please complete a request form.

Breakfast Club

The school operates a Breakfast Club from both the infant  and junior sites during term time from 8am – 8.45am at the infant site for Infant and Nursery children and from 7.45- 8.30am at the junior site. A nutritious breakfast and a range of activities is available.

Cool Milk

The cool milk scheme gives parents of children in Reception - Year 2 the opportunity to register their child to receive  milk at school every day. This is free for all pupils under 5.

After School Club

The school operates an After-School Club at the Infant Site, which is open until 6pm during term time.  Children from the Junior Site wishing to attend are walked to the Infant Site after school, accompanied by members of staff.
