Welcome back everyone! This term, the children will be doing P.E. on Monday and Thursday. Mrs Jarman will be teaching Monday's P.E. lesson (athletics) and Mrs Pullinger will also being joining us on a Monday afternoon to teach Music.

Our Learning
This term, our History topic is What Have the Romans Ever Done for Us? We will explore the evolution Roman Empire & investigate the effects that this period had on Europe, Northern Africa and Britain. We will learn about Roman culture by delving into the topics of entertainment, art and daily life. We will look at the legacy of the Roman Empire and begin to answer our overarching question:
What Have the Romans Ever Done for Us?
In Science, we are learning about forces. This will be closely linked to our History topic and will focus on gravity, friction & air resistance. We will explore and recognise the impact that some mechanisms, including levers, pulleys and gears have and their relationship with forces.
