Current Learning

In Term 5 and 6 we will be focusing on the lives of the Romans, how they changed the World and how their influence changed our country.

We will be studying Roman entertainment, art and the strategies of the army. We will also make a case study of the life and times of Boudicca and how this impacted upon the Roman Empire.

We will be exploring Forces experimenting with how forces impact on the World around us. Summer uniform is now permitted – please refer to the uniform policy that can be found on the website for full details. If your child chooses to, they may wear summer dresses, shorts and short sleeved shirts.

In Term 6 P.E will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Home Learning

READING, READING, READING

For the time being, we are suspending the usual Home Learning. We would really like EVERYONE to focus on finding books that they love, getting lost in great stories, and sharing those fantastic stories with us all at school.

We are asking all children to read for pleasure at least 4 times a week and using Timestables Rockstars at least three times a week.
